If your child is absent from school for any reason it is a legal requirement that you inform the school stating the reason, this may be done in person, by email or by telephone. Parents are requested to keep the school informed of any changes to contact details so that they can be contacted in the event of an illness or emergency. It is imperative that any change of address or telephone number is notified to the school immediately.
Holidays will not be authorised during term time. Children may be collected from the school office during lesson time in order to attend medical appointments, please inform the school office in advance. No child will be allowed to leave school between 8.55 a.m. — 3.15 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult.
Should you wish to take your child out of school for any exceptional circumstances, please complete the attached form and return to the school office.
