We know that although bullying is a relatively small occurrence here at Silchester, it always needs to be taken seriously. Bullying occurs in some form or other in all schools and we at Silchester want to recognise and acknowledge any child who might feel that they are being bullied. It is not simply whether the behaviour they have experienced comforms to a particular definition of bullying, but rather how the child is feeling that matters.
